Biography

For as long as I can remember I have wanted to follow in the footsteps of James Bond and travel the world staying in stunning hotels, dining in glamorous restaurants and hanging out in the coolest bars.

At 21 I travelled around the Far East on my own and since then I've been around the world several times.  Thankfully instead of running out of places to visit my list seems to continually grow longer.

In 2002 I decided to write about my adventures and obtained an Honours Diploma in Freelance and Feature Writing with the London School of Journalism.  The following year my husband, David, and I moved from our home town of Edinburgh to London.  We not only love living in this exciting city but it has made jumping on a plane even easier.

I am very lucky that David not only shares my passion for travel but is also an amateur photographer and has taken some amazing photos to accompany my articles.  You can enjoy a small selection of his pics in The Gallery section.
